You may send us medical documents, reports and images. We use OCR and AI to extract, organise and explain them so you can retrieve and understand your records more easily — this processing happens only to provide the service to you.
YMR is a personal record vault and information assistant — not a doctor, clinic or emergency service. Anything we summarise or explain is for convenience only; always confirm with a qualified professional and your original documents before making medical decisions.
You own your records — we’re just the keeper. You can request deletion at any time, and if your account ever lapses we follow a staged notice-and-deletion process, so nothing is kept longer than necessary.
We deliver the service through WhatsApp (operated by Meta). Your messages pass through their systems as a transport layer, governed by their own terms — we don’t control that platform, and we never sell your personal data to anyone.
